Im suppose to be doing my stuff right now, getting ready for my appointment and planning some more games for youth camp and send Eugene the stuff but i just can't seem to function properly today. My energy and spirit are drained today.
It's not church its not friends but it's BAND, one of my precious things in life.

I have one thing to say.
One band, One sound , One spirit.
What happened to that?
Has everyone forgotten what Mdm tan has helped us to build up?
What the seniors have helped to build?
What the leaders now build but now have forgotten your place is here and now?
You people are called leaders for a reason. It's to foster unity but look at yall? If the leaders can't show untiy i dunno how the band will show untiy.

The band is falling,
I see that,
Wei Teck see's that.
I know i have no position to tell you people off but if someone does'nt i will.
I may be someone small in band but i have a part to play in it and im equally important as everyone there in band.

I may be just a percussion player or your ex-deputy Social Sec but i have to say.

This nonsense with the bitching and the fighting and the whole friendship thingy has got to stop.
The blog entries that you guys posted i think you should talk it out face to face instead of telling someone in the blog. Nizam is your Drum Major he has done something wrong but instead of telling him that you went to bitch about it in your blogs.
Hey i'll admit it i've done that too but now its your time to learn it's wrong.

Nizam, YOu know your mistakes so respect it and tell them sorry and settle it like a gentlemen.
Tom, YOu call that leadership skills? talking about your friend in your blog??
And Nikhil, you should'nt have done that also.
Faiz, im dissapointed at you for leaving band for reasons like these.

All of you have done something wrong so quit shuving all the blame to one another. It takes two hands to clap.

We seniors had a fair shair of problems but we did not quit.

WE are terribly dissappointed in you guys.
What use to be the people we could count on is now causing the band to falter.
Are you showing perfectly good examples for the band?

They were times i did'nt, hell yea i'll admit that but never have i been so bold to turn against my leaders.
So im pleading, Settle your issues talk to faiz.
Have a heart to heart conversation with each other.

You are friends, not enemies and I don't see why you should gang up on each other.
i may not know the full story of what happened but all i know is it's up to you people to fix it. YOu are the leaders take charge, take responsibilty for your own actions and be humble.

And the whole flirting shit. Stop it alright..
I dunno who is fliritng with who or what. I don't care. Can you people leave it to the corner.
WHen it comes to band everyone is a family. The whole i dun like you nonsense is outside the band and outside only.

Everyone in band will cooperate with each other whether or not you like it.

1) A leader must have direction.
2) A leader has a strong point of view.
3) A leader is honest and dependable.
4) A leader can laugh at themselves and aren't judge mental.
5) A leader always gives a second chance again and again.
6) A leader doesn't look at what's wrong, they build on what's right.
7) A leader is loyal in good and bad times.
8) A leader has strong family ties.
9) A leader seeks the best in others.
10) A leader thinks of the future.
11) A leader thinks what is important and why it is important.
12)A leader is someone who serves not demand control.
13)A leader is guidance and direction

I may not be everything here but i am something..
And i hope you will follow in theses 13 things and remember it.
